The attached .exe file contains the First Object XML Editor, also called FOXE.
This editor will allow you to make changes to the satellite file in the TripleX receiver. You may change the degrees of any satellite with this editor. I find it easy to use, but very basic in its design. It is one of my favorite editing tools for the TripleX sat files.
