Here's an online iptv player for testing SOME of your Raptor Internettv+ rtmp urls.

Per their instructions....
*RTMP streams must not require pageURL or swfURL to play.
This website allows you to watch RTSP,RTMP*,HTTP and MMS streams, the player also supports YouTube videos.
