The OAM2 firmware is based on OpenPLi. While this firmware does not have all the available bells and whistles, it is a very stable E2 firmware. I have tested this firmware and find it to operate without issues or delays. It is a very smooth running E2 firmware for me.
No E2 loading tools are included with this download.
