Yes. It has the Sat Scan. I think you will like this E2 firmware.

EB, just curious, but are the E2 blind scans as fast and accurate as the original firmware?

The E2 SatScan is not fast at all. It can take hours to blindscan one satellite. The accuracy of the E2 is pretty good, probably in part to the scan being so slow. I have had no success with C band using SatScan. It looks like there is no support for the C band at this time.

Does this software support the ATSC/QAM Tuner for the Elite and Premium models?

I cannot answer that question, but where can you get a tuner like that for Premium plus? I would like to try one of those tuners.

you can use that tuner on a premium but not on the premium plus, the premium don't have hardwired blind scan so you can use that tuner on it,
the premium plus has hardwired blind scan so it want work.

Have you tried downloading plugins? This receiver is not active for me right now so I cannot check it.
