Help-X2 stuck

My X2 box is stuck on 'ON' .The screen is in ch on 103w and I can't change nothing thru the remote ,even pressing the box's keys or the power key.Unpluging and pluging the main cord don't help .Any help is welcome. Thanks

Thanks .Disconnect and connect again the RG cable to the LNB solve the problem
