Here is the firmware I used to recover my crashed X5
Directions:
Load .bin file onto a formatted usb stick into a folder named recovery
plug usb stick into receiver with power off. When turning on the power switch hold down the OK button on the front panel
you will then see a load message on the front of the box and it should automatically load the firmware where you will see the progress on the TV screen.
