It appears there are a couple of different file types for the different firmwares for this receiver. I made a Satellite list for the newer firmware titled DB_User(00000002). It seems that if using a certain firmware that this list will not load and vise versa for the older list.
Today(10/8/13) I made a new list that is compatible with the 9/20 firmware
