Blue-HD skin

There's a new skin recently added to the plugins section.

[Pale-Rider]

I'm not sure if thats Rossi's original Blue HD skin or his V2 version.

Here's a direct link to the Blue HDv2 skin. he is also working with his graphics guy simonsez to create a new skin for ViX in full 1080P but at this moment in time only Gigablue and Xtrend support this, so it wont work on the Vu+ receivers.
