Menu
External Device
Upgrade By USB
Change Upgrade Mode to Backup
Hit Start and wait to finish

How to load back your channel list DB back to your PIII?

Menu
External Device
Upgrade by USB
Change Upgrade mode to userdb
Look for file backup.abs
Hit Start
