X2 Premium iii not getting any epg info

I recently bought a x2 premium iii fta box upgraded to 5th of Dec 2014 SW, Echo 110 Sat. From purchase i cannot get the epg info. I would really appreciate some help...

Welcome to Legit.
You are not supposed to get any EPG from Echo 110 sat because that requires code from Dish to see it. The X2 does not have dish code.
We do not support piracy on this board. We will be glad to help you with any FTA problems or issues, but we will not help you steal info from Dish or other Networks.
