want to know more about IPTV set up !!

hello experts,
i am new to IPTV , only i know it works on internet..i found lot of free IPTV URL links all over net...
i have x2 HD premium II box , which has iptv option..i don't know much about iptv..
i am interested for indian and american iptv channel... but i don't know how to set up...
i already download TVURL.xml from here and tonight i will upload to my box to see..how it works...
but i also found link for indian iptv URL ... i mention here. for learning purpose ...
can any way i can set up this links to x2premium HD II box ??
how can i edit this link to write in tvurl.xml to add this iptv channel....
