My neighbour Lex swears by his Eagle Aspen lnbf for ku band. I found an awesome deal on e-bay and will test it out on my 4' Channel Master.

EAGLE ASPEN DUAL OUTPUT KU-LNB

This is a replacement INBF for the Satellite Dish made by Andrew, Channel Master, Primestar and Globecast 70E, 75E and 84E Series Antennas. Replaces all single and dual output LNBF.
The Eagle Aspen is a twin-switched 270 KU dual output LNBF meaning each port is capable of voltage switching (13 Vdc = Vertical Polarization & 18 Vdc = Horizontal Polarization), from the receiver.
The advantage of this type of LNB is it no longer needs a mult-switch splitter for two receiver installations, simply run a coaxial cable from the LNB directly to the receiver.

Specifications:
Eagle Aspen 270KU
Dual Output Digital KU Linear LNBF
Input Freq: 11.7-12.2 GHz
Ouput Freq: 950-1450 MHz
Pro Brand International Inc.

Model # LEA 270KU

My Eagle Aspen 270KU lnbf arrived today. Looks really old school and is even heavier then my Invacom lnbf. I will start by slapping this on my 4' Fortec to see if I can improve signal quality and just to test it out.

The feed horn attached to the EA lnbf was a no go on my 4' Fortec as there was no way the lnb holder was going to accomodate it. I decided to remove my Invacom flange lnbf from my 4' Channel Master and slap the EA on it. Thus far without any external skewing, the Eagle Aspen 270 ku lnbf is performing at the same level if not better then my invacom was. I will test the arc before I decide which lnbf to keep.
