Thousands of sellers or vendors use Amazon. It would help to know who you bought from and the exact product you were trying to get.

Shipping may not be immediate either. Shipping depends on the product. Some items will ship immediately while others will not.

Attached is a picture of an lnb advertised on Amazon. It may take around two weeks to get this lnb and the ad says when the lnb could be expected to arrive.

titanium satellite c1w-pll fulfilled by amazon.
Once they got around to shipping it I got it the next day by mail but the guy left it on my doorstep in a monsoon rain.
My regular mailman would have put it in a plastic bag.Thank goodness it was meant for outdoor use.
I got back home the next day.
