Mio is doing great, very fast blindscan
If I wanted to change my frequency start from 3400 to 3700-4180

What folder would I look in, also do I need to use notepad++ to accomplish this

You can change the start or stop frequency in the blindscan plugin menu.
The blindscan plugin determines what the maximum frequency is fo the entered lnb and sets the start-stop frequencies accordingly.
Changing the start frequency from 3400 to 3700 might save 10-15 seconds on the blindscan. It takes longer to change the frequency than you will save in blindscan time.

You can edit the python file for the blindscan plugin and change the default start frequency if you understand basic programming. Python files can be edited using notepad++.
