Just installed a 90 cm Ku dish with a HH-90 positioner. Coax run is roughly 150’ of RG-6 Quadshield. Using an Edision OsMio 4K receiver. Titanium Satellite verified all parameters are set appropriately for my system (thanks to Brian Gohl).
All works well without the DISEqC in line. When I install the DISEqC switch I still get a good signal from both LNB’s but the Stab won’t move the he dish.

Any ideas???

Hello and Welcome to Legit!
Why do you need a diseqc switch for a ku dish? This makes no sense unless you are using something else besides a ku dish with one lnb. It would help to describe Exactly what your antenna system is, and what is installed in it.

Anyway, Stab motors are particular about most makes and models of diseqc switches. Both the Stab motor and the diseqc switch operate with the same type of command. For best results, any diseqc switch that is used with a Stab should be installed after the motor and not between the motor and receiver. You have found your problem if the diseqc switch sits between the motor and receiver.

I have one fixed dish and one motorized dish in the same setup. Both have 10750 lnb’s.
Indeed the DISEqC switch is installed between the receiver and the motor.
I will change the configuration today.
Thank you for the help.

On a dual dish setup with one dish motorized, the coax from the receiver must go to the motor first, then to any switch, then from the switch to all LNB's in the system.
