Maybe this should be posted as a sticky. We can't expect them to read every thread to answer some simple question but with them all in one place a knowledgeable person could just about spit out the answers like we could about the S9 etc.

1. My first question would be about manual PID entry/editing, does it have it? I realize if it don't it will most likely be added soon.

2. We assume we'll need a power adapter to use it in the US. I'd want to get one here before the box arrived if it doesn't come with one. Is this correct?

3. AC3 is passed thru HDMI, correct?

4. Is there a place to buy the keyboard separately at a reasonable price? I want to test the STB to see if it meets my needs at the lower price (without keyboard). I would purchase the STB and remote if I had to, others may not.

5. Will it use other 2.4 Ghz keyboards or just the AMIKO WLK-100?

I think most of the rest like how does it do on US feeds will be up to those who own one and testing it.

Hi Yankee495.

1. My first question would be about manual PID entry/editing, does it have it? I realize if it don't it will most likely be added soon.

TA - can you please elaborate more

2. We assume we'll need a power adapter to use it in the US. I'd want to get one here before the box arrived if it doesn't come with one. Is this correct?

TA - The power supply is internal. For it to operate in US it will require a transormer if ia m not mistaken.

3. AC3 is passed thru HDMI, correct?

TA - Yes this is clearly explained in the user guide

4. Is there a place to buy the keyboard separately at a reasonable price? I want to test the STB to see if it meets my needs at the lower price (without keyboard). I would purchase the STB and remote if I had to, others may not.

TA - Yes you can order the keyboard separately. The price is always adjustable according to quantity. NOTE: The keyboard is also compatible with windows and Linux OS :)

5. Will it use other 2.4 Ghz keyboards or just the AMIKO WLK-100?

TA - Yes, it can also work with full size keyboards 80%. NOT all are compatible and no list can be provided.

TA on Number 1, I think yankee is asking about adding a Transponder manually via the remote.. I am pretty certain I did see this feature.

I' m wondering if it will open 4:2:2 and 4:2:0 feeds and if it has a blind scan.

Actually, I'm talking about adding a channel using the remote.

Entering the Video & Audio PID manually for channels that do not scan in.

The Manual says automatic scan is blind scan. Is this incorrect?

Thanks for the replies.
