SES 3 Moving to position

Not sure what's going on with this one..still parked as yet..would be nice to see this in position and a normal skew.

This bird is still parked 98.88..Anyone have any additional information on the what the hold up is on moving this into it's designated orbital slot?

Looks like it's on the move, though appears to be the wrong direction to 103

From reading around, it appears this satellite has some secret payload on board and looks to be spying? It has been moving back and forth over South America the past week, mainly over Brazil.. currently at 53.17 probably watching Hugo Chavez in Venezuela..:hmmm::idunno:

This bird is going on a world tour..looks like it's heading to Africa now..LONGITUDE:-22.1

That's odd for a sat that is destined for 103w, maybe they changed their minds and headed to an east position. Maybe doing a tour of the globe.

It's over the dark continent now..Gabon.. even though it won't be in service for months, it's interesting and makes me curious to whats it's up too.

Just read, on another site, that SES 3 is being relocated to 108.2E to service increased demand in that are. Guess that leaves us stuck with AMC 1 for a while longer
