I've been trying to watch the Mummers Parade stream on the Raptor today. I can navigate all the way in to the right screen, but nothing happens when I get there. I can get this feed on my Boxee and on my computer.

What version of webzeal are you running?

I do not think the Raptor has a player for webzeal. You can try upgrading webzeal to 2.71.
Ok, I hunted around for that file, only found it on a Russian site. Is it around here somewhere?
