Hello all, I have tried every way I know how and I cannot get KETV/ABC 7 or the Hearst DC feed on tp 12196/H/2784 @ 89.0W KU-band to scan in. Also having trouble with KFTL-CA on tp 11967/H/1666 @ 72.0W KU-band. Both transponders have strong signal quality. I'm using an Invacom QPH-031 on a motorized Geosat Pro 36X39 dish and all three channels are coming in on my Pansat 9500 hooked up to the bedroom tv. Thanks for looking.

You have tuner 1 and tuner 2 listed as separate, but these channels are in both tuners. This can cause problems for me.

I was able to get the 11967H/1666 channel in a blind scan.
I do not seem to have a signal on the 12196H transponder that you mentioned. Is it active right now?
Also, Do you want both tuner 1 and tuner2 configured for this satellite?

I configured both tuners by accident after a blind scan. The popup said do you want to copy to another tuner, I did not read it like I should have and just thought it was prompting me to save the channels it scanned. To answer your question, no I don't want both tuners. Can you tell me how to remove the unwanted tuner?

Delete all of the transponders is one way. Highlight the satellite name in the Dish Setting menu, then press the correct color button on the remote to delete all transponders.

I cannot get to the Raptor for a few more minutes. I would like to load this systems file and see what it does. Also, your time and date do not seem to be set correctly.

Try doing a manual scan of those transponders and see if that Raptor can scan it. I got the KFTL-CA channel only 1 time out of 6 blind scan attempts. It did show up pretty consistent in a manual scan. EB

What happens when you manually enter it as a PID?
BTW, I have a four foot dish for ku and that may be helping me with the 72W channel
