    I see a lot of E2 images for the STI7162 boxes lately (Alien2 and Triplex). Do any of them support blind scan?

    None as yet that I know of Jim, It has been suggested on some EU forums. Hopefully one day soon one of those teams will implement the blind scan feature.
    Some of these E2 images have some excellent features especially on the media player side of things and plugins for TRUE FTA!

    Though not plug and play, E2 can certainly give users many more features to play with.

    I have not seen an E2 firmware file that has blind scan. I have enjoyed running E2 files in the Raptor, the TripleX and the Amiko Alien. Blind scan is not really needed if you install a sat file with a good list of transponders in it. EB
