X2 receiver goes crazy when touching any key

My receiver goes crazy when ever I touch any button on both of my remotes. I have set to factory , changed firmwares. nothing helps. I can use buttons on front of receiver to get to menu and channels.
If any one can help please.

Gary can you be more specific on what's happening rather than going crazy?

Are you saying everything is normal using the front display buttons? and using the remote is causing you problems?

yes one touch of any key and it starts to cycle through channels it does not stop . it works normal with buttons on front. I tried both remotes same results. Tried different firmware all works the same

That is odd, It seems the box is fine since it works fine with the front display buttons..and seems a remote control issue.

Have you changed the batteries in the remote?

yes , I used two different remote,

I don't know what happened but when I turn it on today it work normally.
