    Default Backup Info – 01-12-2013,09:45 AM
    I just downloaded a new 1.2.61 database file from the Spark menu and forgot to backup my sat info. Went to look for a sat and all I have in memory are 4 European sats, damn. I sent my dish to 15w and started rescanning my ku sats. I would suggest a backup of all info before a download.

    Costa did you download the upgrade online to 1.2.61 software? everything should still be there...on the other hand if you went to database upgrade that would be the issue.there is no need to use the database side here.

    I also noticed that I have only 4 sats and I can't add any others. I decided to revert back to 1.2.60 and see if that does anything.

    1.2.60 didn't let me multiply the potential to add sats. I decided to factory reset my receiver and the original European sat list is back. I guess I have some tedious work involved in rescanning my sats. Just a quick question, does anybody have a North American sat list handy?
