Looks like Atemio is entering the the Vu+ class of receivers. The Atemio is not out yet, but they are all ready posting these specs on their forum. Claiming May delivery. No prices announced yet. Will be interesting to see how much lower the price will be vs. Vu+, or maybe not. This was translated by Google from German.

I think Atemio has a connection with Fortis, so you might expect this same receiver to be marketed under several different brand names in 6 months to a year.

I have a feeling this one is going to be priced similar to the Golden Interstar Xpeed LX3 which has been out for a few months and has the same specs. The going price, depending on config is about 350 to 450 Euros.

The receiver isn't out yet and OpenATV has three nightly builds on their site.

    Some corrections:
    Improved recording function in standby
NAS drive: sorting of files improved (Yellow button)
Player Sync feature added (Quick menu)
URL sequence in InternetTV can be moved by the user
Aktuallisiert overwriting duplicate URL list in Internet TV
Aktuallisiert Last URL list on the first page
Aktuallisiert Delete the URL list with Hot Keys
Start with the last added free TV service after restarts
Search for all addon's in FreeTV added (blue button)

It's not difficult to create images for any E2 based receiver now with the OE-A GIT, it just takes a few minutes, but and this is where I disagree with ATV, they will happily put out images with no testing at all, essentially ALPHA releases, where as ViX at a bare minimum will test the image on a actual receiver to make sure it boots etc.

For all we know, someone may have a test unit and assisting in the test procedure. But then again, this is just a guess.

Well I am part of the OE-A Dev's skype group and see every thing they post, and none of them to my knowledge have samples of this receiver on which to test but if it is based on another box like the ventons's are then it could be done that way.

Now that the Nemesis is retailing, it's interesting to note that it has an HDMI input. On the initial boot, it also displays the boot progress on the front display allowing one to choose video display formats, wizards, etc.

I find this receiver interesting. The higher speed processors and extra ram suggest faster page changing, etc. But I wonder what I will get over the Raptor I now have.
A couple of features I would like to see on the next box I buy would be an RF remote and a button that directly brings up the signal and quality bars without having to go thru the menus. Also what will the HDMI input be used for?
