How many tuners are you using? Do you have separate tuners for C and Ku bands?

I have not had any issues scanning c band on Galaxy 3c at 95w, but this is one of those sats where it does miss tp. I'm moving both my dishes over to scan each band individually. Tuner A is ku and tuner B is c band.

No issues on either band and I must say that my solo2 didn't miss any tp and scanned in several feeds-awesome stuff:

Carefully check your antenna settings. I think you will find LNB 1 for tuner B has been assigned an universal lnb for one of the satellites in the satellite list. This error can be found in the receiver or by looking at the settings file.
You can upload your settings file in etc/enigma2 and attach it here IF you have not connected to any social media such as Facebook, OR IF you have not connected to any other place that requires a password. Facebook and other INTERNET passwords are stored in the settings file.

You can use a different LNB number if you want to run C and Ku bands in a single tuner. Here are some screenshots showing C and Ku bands on Tuner A.

Make back-ups. Then all you would need to do is reload the back-up.
