    I have not seen any reports of the 955Q turning off or going to sleep. I have not had any problems with my 955Q, and use it everyday.
    If you continue to have this problem, then backup the whole image minus any internet passwords, zip it and post it. Most likely, you have something set wrong, and posting a backup of the complete image you are using will us to use exactly what you have, and check it for problems.

    A few minor changes have been made, and are available as an online update. These changes are cosmetic, and allow scan information to be displayed correctly. The Pingu skin has also been modified/updated.

    hi,

    maybe there is a small error in blindscan in the config screen at "press green/ok to start the scan"
    [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
    ok button is without functionality to start the blindscan

    in the plugin.py line 324
    "ok": self.newConfig, (= is wrong)
    "ok": self.keyGo, (= would be correctly)

    otherwise, if the "self.newConfig" should be keeped, the line 333 should look different:
    self["introduction"].setText(_("Press Green button to start the scan"))
    instead of
    self["introduction"].setText(_("Press Green/OK to start the scan"))

    .setText(_("Press Green button to start the scan"

    I will fix that.
    Please look around and see if there is anything else wrong with that plugin.
    Thanks!

    "ok": self.newConfig, (= is wrong)

    That line is correct for our uses. Here is why:
    When you select a satellite on a different band using the shortcut pvr button, the start-stop frequencies may be wrong as seen in the screencap. Pressing the OK button while the satellite is highlighted fixes it. This is why the OK button is set that way. Let me know if you can come up with a better way of fixing this.

    Mine has been working fine since Saturday using the 955Q and TNAP-3. No issues or glitches at all.

    Changed it to this:
    [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

    The pvr button is a shortcut and displays a drop-down satellite list.
    So we need the motor to move, and we need the correct parameters for the band and lnb to be set when a satellite is selected from this list. Assigning newconfig to the OK button is the only way I know to do all of that.

    ok, that explains it. in this case it makes perfect sense. so i would only change the text output in the osd ("start scan with green button"), like previously described

    i doubted myself, if my OK button on the remote control is broken (because i was used to starting the blind scan with the OK button)

    That button description change to the blindscan plugin has been made, and uploaded as an online update.

    TNAP images normally are ran at least twice and checked for proper operation before being available for downloading. Like you Norman, we have found no issues with the ATSC usb devices, but there may be a problem we know noting about, or have not seen.

    Anyone having a problem with TNAP or a problem they think is in TNAP should discuss the problem or issue here. This makes sense because the TNAP image was put together here. It is that simple.
