Positioner Setup Deleted ?

I find myself in a position where I need to tweak my motor by a couple of degrees but I can no longer find the "Positioner Setup" section in TNAP 5
Has this feature been deleted or am I totally messed up and can't see for looking?

Default shortcut for Positioner setup is to press the red remote button while watching a TV or radio channel

Or in receiver menus,
Menu--->Setup--->Tuners & Scanning--->Positioner setup

Thank You!! I used it not too long ago but the only thing I could locate was "Signal Finder"
I must be getting more near sighted than when I got these glasses
