    The Anaconda NTSC firmware is what you want to load. I do not know the build date on it, but the NTSC file is posted on this site.

    First question tying to load ntsc file 10 min and it still says do not turn off receiver how long dose it take.

    It takes between 5 and 10 minutes to load a firmware file.
    What kind of usb stick are you using and how many MB will it hold?

    it should be formatted to FAT32. The NTSC file should be unzipped and placed on the usb stick by itself.

    Also I high quality USB flash drive is recommended..Kingston is the recommended brand. If you have gone longer that 10 minutes I would remove the USB flash drive and do a hard boot from the rear switch.

    You can try again and make sure that Drive is formatted..but if you still have problems I would get a Kingston stick.
