have two Edision Mio 4Ks. One on C Band and the other on Ku Band (different dishes). Had a momentary power outage (no storms). Both are powered through high end surge suppressors.
Both will move the dishes to the appropriate position. The signal lock on both are now intermittent. I tried doing hard boots on both to no avail.
It appears that something happened to the A-Tuners. I put an Openbox STB on the Ku system to see if it was outside hardware, etc. and all is working properly.
Any suggestions would be appreciated before I declare both Edisions DOA.

You may declare whatever you want. DOA means Dead On Arrival. Your receiver powers up, so it is not Dead or DOA. It sounds like the receivers are probably healthy.
If you want to fix the issue, then pick one of these receivers and supply information on how the antenna system is setup in the receiver along with a description of any switches that are in the antenna system and make/model of lnb(s) that are being used.

They have 4 image slots. So, flash a brand new fresh image to another slot (do NOT then load any backup over the top of that!), and see if that works, or acts the same. IF it works fine in another slot, reflash the image in the slot it was running on when it got corrupted.

Particulars for Ku System
Two dishes. One fixed and other motorized with a Stab HH 90. One DISEqC switch utilizing Port A for the fixed and Port B for the motorized. The switch is between the positioner and the two dishes. Both LNBs are INVACOM QPH-031 Quad Polar Ku Band.
Settings are as follows and gave not changed since all was working properly:
LNB LNB 1
Priority Auto
Type of LNB KU STD 10750
Voltage mode Polarization
Increased Voltage On
Tone Mode Band
DISEqC mode 1.2
Fast DISEqC Off
Tone burst Off
DISEqC 1.0 Command Port A or Port B depending on dish selection
DISEqC 1.1 Command Off
Sequence Repeat Off
Use USALS for this sat Off for Port A and On for Port B depending on dish selection.

Really there are no right or wrong settings in fta as this is a hobby. But there are also settings that work and se3ttings that do not work.
Let's make sure we have everything set where it will at least run before we go any further. The settings that need to be clarified or changed are shown below in red. You make no mention of the make/model of your lnbs, so it is assumed that 10750 is the correct l.o.
LNB LNB 1
Priority Auto
Type of LNB KU STD 10750
Voltage mode Polarization
Increased Voltage On
Tone Mode Band
DISEqC mode 1.2
Fast DISEqC Off
Tone burst Off
DISEqC 1.0 Command Port A or Port B depending on dish selection
DISEqC 1.1 Command Off
Sequence Repeat Off
Use USALS for this sat Off for Port A and On for Port B depending on dish selection.
]LNB LNB 1
Every lnb needs a separate number. We assume that each dish has a lnb, so you need settings or entries at least LNB 1 and LNB 2. (Enigma2 receivers can accommodate antenna systems that have up to 64 lnbs.)
Tone Mode Band
Tone Mode should be set to Off for the 10750 l.o. lnb.
DISEqC 1.0 Command Port A or Port B depending on dish selection
Port A should be assigned a lnb number. Port B should be assigned to a lnb number that is different from Port A.
Use USALS for this sat Off for Port A and On for Port B depending on dish selection.
Same as above Port A and Port B should be assigned different LNB Numbers.

Thanks.
Is each lnb assigned a different lnb number???

Check your external DC power supply's for the correct DC voltage output, and check the DC output at the receivers LNB input jack, if anything lower then +12.% volts DC then you have power problems.

Both LNB's are asigned a differnet number.
As I stated earlier, I hooked an OpenBox STB to the system in question and all works fine.
All voltages on power supply and LNB's checkout OK.
