To use dvbsnoop with OSMIO, or other single tuner DVB S2 enigma2 receiver with OpenPli based image:
(1) Start a telnet session with the box.
(2) Install dvbsnoop. Enter this command in telnet: opkg install dvbsnoop
(3) Tune the box to a DVB-S transponder you wish to scan. (Transponder must have signal.)
(4) Enter this command in telnet to start pidscan: dvbsnoop -s pidscan

The tennis match finished a few minutes ago on CH09. You will probably have audio if you change the audio pid for the VOD channel to the same audio pid as shown in the screencap for CH09.
Most likely your Amiko is just getting a duplicate of CH09. I have never known two services on the same mux to share the same video pid, but I guess anything is possible. How can the two services be different if the video pid is the same???
You will have to show a different video picture for the VOD channel at the same time CH09 is playing before we can do anything else. I am pretty sure you are just seeing a duplicate of CH09 on the VOD channel..
