I guess the TNAP-3 images are good enough to use for now, so a little bit of work can be done to the feeds. It will take some time, but there will be a variety of items available to install using only the feeds.

When the feeds are updated on the server, they have to be updated in the receiver, or the new additions will be missed.
To update the feeds, do an online update, or use the terminal by entering opkg update. The two items shown above were added a few hours ago.

Here is a list of skins that have been added to our feeds that are not normally found in the feeds of other images:
enigma2-plugin-skins-aeonfhdmod-sharp987-r2.17_openpli-r2.17_all.ipk
enigma2-plugin-skins-blue-shadow-fhd_2.25_all.ipk
enigma2-plugin-skins-micmar-fhd_2.0_all.ipk
enigma2-plugin-skins-octetfhd_2.0_all.ipk
enigma2-plugin-skins-octetfhd_all.ipk
enigma2-plugin-skins-pingu-navyblue_15102019_all.ipk
enigma2-plugin-skins-robocop-hd_MoD-RAED_all.ipk
I think all of the skins listed above needed work before they would download from feeds. Most of the skins listed above need additional work now of some sort, but I have tested all of them to boot and not lock the receiver. Some of these skins are heavy, meaning they take a lot of resources to run, and or the skin file size is large when compared to other skins.
Trying to load many different skins onto a receiver may cause different problems or issues. Most of the listed skins, and a lot of others that are not listed above have their own set of system files that are installed when the skin is installed. These system files may clash with other skins, so pay Attention to any error message that is seen while the skin is installing. Some of these skins are large, and may take some time to download and install. Be patient, and do not stop a skin install. Let the install process finish on its own.
As time permits, I will try to write some simple scripts that will remove all skin files when the skin that installed them is uninstalled in the receiver.
For .ipk skin files, and other .ipk files:
Try to avoid installing .ipk files by using usb devices, or by using terminal commands. .ipk Files that are installed this way may work fine, but the receiver may not have a proper record of the install, which can cause issues at a later time.
Any good .ipk file(s) may be uploaded to this site, and we wil try to get them put into the feeds.

hi Stephan
the only way would be, you have to copy and overwrite the existing radio.mvi file and do a box gui restart. thats all
(go with ftp to the folder: /usr/share/enigma2)
there is no plugin available (at least i don't know of any such plugin) for example "radiobackground selector" (similar like "skin selector") to choose a radio background picture from a big selection, directly in the box with remote control

We will try to avoid putting files where they are not supposed to be. There are a lot of files that can go into /etc/enigma2/, but these files may be transferred to another image or even a different type box if the user saves, then transfers his settings. So we ant to avoid placing files where they are not normally found as much as possible.
Earlier versions of TNAP had files placed wherever they would work because there was no control over the image, or only partial control over the image. TNAP-3 is based on a home-build image, which gives a lot more control over where files have to be placed. The only file that I know of which is not placed correctly in TNAP-3 is the backdrop.mvi file. The backdrop.mvi file was placed in /etc/enigma2 because i could not get it to work in /usr/share. The rest of the files are where they are supposed to be, such as the custom satellite file is located in /etc/tuxbox;
Changing the radio logo, and or the boot logo is simple. An .ipk file will be built for each of these items, and placed in the feeds under extra as shown earlier. The .ipk files for these items will place the files where they are supposed to be. I will add the TNAP-3 radio logo, and the TNAP-3 boot logos to .ipk files as time permits so you may change back to these items when wanted. The idea is to not ftp anything, and let the box do the work. This is possible because we control the feeds and can put anything in them we want. We want to cut down on work for the user, and keep the files in their proper places.
