Clock is working spot on. I'm going to add EB satellite list and take it from there. I know I said this of the zero but the vu+solo 2 is by far the best receiver I have ever tested, glad I made the upgrade.

EB had sent me a link to a hard drive but I can't seem to find it, any suggestions? What will the hard drive allow me to do?

Basically the post important thing is keeping a good set of backups which you will be able to access in the future for safe and faster restore times. Then, there is media access, time shift, recordings, playbacks, etc. Also, if you ever decide to test mutliboot, the faster the internal drive chosen, the faster the receiver will boot. The faster drive means more heat, but I haven't had any problems with my 3.5 drive using a laptop cooler under the receiver. Runs cool as a cucumber.
Size will depend on your preference. I still have an internal WD black label 750 gb in my receiver which is more than sufficient for me, plus four 2 tb external 3.0 usb Seagates backwards compatible to 2.0 which is over kill.
Yes, I would add a hard drive, you won't regret it.

Here are a few things you can do with a mounted hard drive:
Store images
muliboot images
store sceenshots
record programs
allow other devices to access the hard drive
I have a 3TB hard drive installed in the Du2. This hard drive allows storage for various things, plus it can be accessed by my other fta receivers and by other computers in my local network. As an example, I watch stored recordings in the Duo2 on the Zero, and I also backup and restore E2 image files for the Zero that are stored in the Duo2. The Zero is set up to use the internal hard drive of the Duo2 as if it were installed in the Zero..
