actually covers a wide range of receivers, for the openbox s9,s10,s11,s12 you would importa as receiver type ali gen nocas for .udf and .abs file types.
After editing you would export the files as ali generic nocas.
Since it's for a wide range of receivers, not all menu options work for openbox, like system settings.
Included are files to extract the .udf from tp_prog.dbs and to merge the files again after editing.
and it's free
originally in Italian,so some menu items are still in Italian even if you choose English as the lingo

you can import from 1 list into another,I imported a euro list into an american list.
For the openbox f3/x3 you would also choose ali gen nocas when you import files.
There is no English manual, yet.or am I being obtuse?

the mst firmware tool v0.5 also lets you extract/import the .udf channel list from/to .abs files,if you want to take that approach.

hi,
I'm unable to download Mediabox from that link. Is it just me or is there a problem with the link?
Thanks

The opening post states there is a splitter in their to split the .udf off from the .dbs.
Also, where can i get the mst firmware tool v0.5?
Thanks again much appreciated.

I managed to find in another program software to split the .udf from the .dbs and this imports fine into Mediabox but after I make my changes and export the .udf I get error message when trying to merge the .udf with the .rom again to have a .dbs file.
Can anyone help please?

This is a nice program for converting channel lists from one receiver to another. For example, a few months ago, I took a list from my Manhattan and converted it to one that worked on my Raptor running E2. That got me started without having to craft my own list.
