Hi, Good Day...
Today I receive my Edision OS Mio 4K Plus, With TNAP 3.2 installed, but on most sats scanned I get less channels compared with other STB's I have.
I reviewed & find out that some Transponders didn't get any channels when I see the signal finder option. This TP's does have signal, but don't download any channels when I do the blind scan. If I scan TP by TP manually, I does download channels on those TP's, but not all channels I get on my others STB I have.
By the way, 2 TP's on 58w C band (3720V3000 & 3920H3000) on my other STB's show 80% signal quality. On Edision OS Mio 4K Plus, I get channels on TP 3720V3000 only. TP 3020H3000 shows cero signal quality.
Do you guys can help me on this?
Is this a drivers problem or a tunner factory damage?
Please Help...

Hello & Welcome to Legit!
Please see link: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
All of the channels on tp 3720 and tp 3920 at 58w are currently scrambled. TNAP images do not support viewing scrambled channels. We do not decrypt the encrypted channels.
TNAP 3.2 will find encrypted channels, but you cannot view them as shown below.
Only free scan set to no:

I doubt there is anything wrong with your receiver. You may set the blindscan to find the encrypted channels, but you cannot watch them unless they are "free" or unencrypted.

Thx... I really appreciate your time to respond, but my issue is that is this stb is not finding all channels available on this TP when I blind scan those. However on my other STB I have not problem finding all channels. Also, as I mentioned on TP 3020H3000 (58w C band) I don't have any signal quality, but if I connect my other STB I did got signal and channels...
What could it be ? Am I doing something wrong? Or is a tunner drivers issue?
Please Help...!!

Transponder 3920H at 58w works for me.
The transponder is found at 3921H during a blindscan

Transponder 3920H is in the satellites.xml file, and I have a signal on it as shown below.

Carefully check your settings. The channels on 3920 are currently scrambled, but you should have a signal for the transponder if you are using a correctly working 10 foot or 3 meter satellite dish.
