AMC 18 problems

Hi to all I'm new on this I'm trying to get channels from amc 18 and the only transponder the I get is from nasa channel mi dish is 8 feet I have 2 receivers x2 premium 3 and geosatpro micro hd non of them seam to get any other transponder only nasa help please.

Just moved my 7 1/2' mesh over to AMC 18 and did a blind scan. Picked up tp 3940, 30000 H (Telemundo Mux), 4000, 30001 V, (encrypted) 3760, 28072 V, (Nasa). This is in the far eastern corner of Ontario. I have no sound on the telemundo channels except for channel 9 TeleXitos

Where are you located?
What is the make/model of the lnb you are using for AMC18?
How far is the dish/lnb from the receiver?
Can you get any other satellites besides AMC18?

I'm in California hemet an yes I do receive a lots of channels my lnb is bsc 421

I am using a BSC 621

I do not think the lnb is the problem.
Telemundo and the others are gone! All I get scanning now is the NBC channels and the Nasa channels.

I don't even get nbc only nasa

As of 2:00 pm I am still able to get TeleXitos with sound, Telemundo picture no sound and NASA

Nasa is vertical or V polarity
NBC is horizontal or H polarity

Check another satellite to see that your lnb and receivers are working on the H and V polarities.

Have you play with the lnb skew and moving the lnb in or out??

Just did a scan for the first time on Amc 18 with my new golden interstar hd receiver, 12 open channels including all the Telemundo with audio as well:

Yes is receiving v and h in other satellites

You shouldn't be having any issues with those tp, have you tried a manual scan?

ok I got the channels nbc nasa and telemundo but telemundo has no audio any one?

Can you chek the audio pid on your receiver plz.

West: 0666

TeleXitos: 0612

I also have no audio today except on TeleXitos.

Ok go it in the receiver in setings audio changed to spanish and audio is loud and clear
