Has anyone noticed any problems with tp's on AMC1? We tend to watch ION east on tp 4160 H for Criminal Minds. All was fine as of new Years eve but yesterday that tp had vanished TP 3840 which is the SD version was still up and running but the HD tp 4160 was gone and I am still not finding even a hint of signal. Just scanned AMC6 to see if, by chance, the ION MUX was up, there, but nothing.
 
Well, I am heading to town to pick up a few things and I may just throw the S9 back on to see what it finds as far as the 4039 goes. The Anaconda only digs up 8 transponders on AMC1, 2 vertical and 7 horizontal. It will give me something to do as I don't have a lot of juice in me today. Trying to get over a mother of a cold (I get one every 4 or 5 years) and couldn't sleep last night so I got up at 3:00 after being awake since 1:00
 
4040 is also impossible for me, I have tried everything!!!!! Bumping, skew, moving the LNB in and out, lowering & raising the TP frequency and still cant lock.
I can pull almost everything but 4040, something most go on with this TP. :stressed:

I had both 3840 and 4161 booming in until yesterday, when 4161 went AWOL. Haven,t been able to get a squeak out of 4040 in a long time on my 7 1/2'. Maybe in the spring when I get that 12 footer up and running.

Ahah!! Voila!! My problem was the Openbox. I spent most of the day out playing with my dish trying to get 4040 H 30000. I didnt get signal no matter what I did. So I gave up. I went back tonight and this time I tooked with me my X2 premium HD and voila!! Once I hooked the X2 I immediatly got signal, i did some changes to maxime and now i'm watching 4040 H 30000 with 70% of quality , FINALLY!!. I went back and connect the Openbox and all I got was a very very low signal of 2-8% of quality bouncing a no picture. So there is something in this TP that doesnt goes with the Openboxes!!!
 
My Openbox S-9 plays 4040/H/30000 just fine. Signal quality in the 80's using my 10 ft dish and mid 70's using the 8 ft dish.

Well maybe it has to do with mine which is a S10 and maybe the firmware version. I now there are others with similar problems

The Raptor has 73% for me EC and we both have the same size dish (7.5) and live about 230 miles from each other, so I can't see it being a size issue. You would think some quality would be there. Curious to see if your S9 see's it.
