Cajun Sauteed Shrimp

1 1/2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and de-veined
1 tsp paprika
3/4 tsp. dried thyme
3/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tbsp. vegetable oil

1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a large zip-lock bag, seal bag and shake to coat.

2. Heat oil in large non-stick skillet over medium high heat until hot.

3. Add Shrimp, saute 4-5 mins. or until shrimp are done.

A really easy recipe, add a bit more cayenne pepper if you like extra kick!! :o
Serve with french bread and a salad or over noodles, whatever!
 
I usually do some minute rice, then put it in a frying pan with a bit of oil, and add Maggie's seasoning, green onions and frozen or fresh peas. I toss it around a bit, kinda like a flied lice and put my shrimp on that!! :P
