Can Timed Recordings Move the Dish?

My timed recordings only work if I pre-set the dish and TP needed in advance. Can the Raptor send out motor and switch commands when starting a timed recording?
 
I finally figured this out and will answer my own question.
In the timed recording menu there is a tuner choice of auto, 1, or 2. It is set to auto by default, I changed it to the actual tuner I'm using, 2, rather than auto and now the timed recording will move the dish and set diesqc switches. Very nice!
