Pep Boys is offering trade in value on running lawn mowers that produce emissions. If you bring in a running lawn mower to a participating pep boys it is worth trade in value for one of their mowers. They have a mechanical reel mower with a bag that can be traded straight across for an old running mower. They also have an electric mower that a running gas mower is worth some trade in value towards. If anyone has an old lawn mower they don't want it may be worth calling your local pep boys to check it out. Had one come in today that smoked and knocked and it was a worthy trade in for one of the reel mowers.

There really isn't a catch as this is an epa sponsored program of sorts.
 
I just went out to the yard and picked my victim and fixed the recoil and got it running. Gonna trade it in tomorrow.
 
Its actually the result of a class action suite because Pep Boys sold really, really bad motorcycles with terrible emissions. Makes it even better. And it is legit. I know a few people who did this and were very happy with the trade. I think its over by now.
