OK, I hate this time of year, I have problems with sleeping after the spring daylight saving change, don't know what it is but it wipes out my bio clock and it is taking longer and longer due to my age to sync back up.

How many out there would like to see daylight savings go away???? I would, fix it in place and leave it alone, or move the clocks a half hour and leave them, in my opinion it's outmoded, it was started back in 1908, now days almost no one would really need it.

Any others with opinions on this??

I think in certain regions it is more beneficial than others. They have been discussing moving some New England states to Atlantic time . I think some of the further south states probably don't need daylight savings (like Florida) because the days are longer year round. Florida is actually in the process of doing away with it.

Not a fan at all of DST. Just when it starts to get light enough to see where your going in the morning then it's right back to dark.
Poor kids have to walk to school in the winter when it's pitch dark and sleepy drivers going to work watching for kids crossing the roads.

Here in Michigan when they take an hour of daylight from the morning and add it to the end of the day. it is still the same amount of daylight. About as smart as sawing a foot off a 8ft board and add it to the other end. You still have a 8ft. board.
