Several times I have thought about buying a DreamBox receiver. Today I think about buying the Dreamone receiver, but always stop because of a little thing called support. Enigma2 versions of OpenPLi and OpenATV exist for the Dreamone receiver, but they have defects. It is hard to get the needed information to build a proper image for DreamBox because they were (past tense) Closed Source.
Most likely, unless something changes, there will be no more DreamBox receivers made. So I may pick up a DreamOne receiver just for nostalgia purposes. This was (past tense) a great company, and I hate to see them go. Till further notice, R.I.P. DreamBox.
