I thought I would share this as it may come in handy if you don't have a pro pdf editor.
Someone sent me a pdf file (new dentist) to fill in the new patient form and of course it was not fill-able and as usual my printer is out of ink.
This Free PDF Editor & Form Filler works very well since it saved me a trip to fill out forms when it was so easy to use this fill out and email back.
I it helps out some others.

I should add that it uploads your file to their server so if there is very sensitive or secure information I would pass on using this for security reason.
