Freesat V7 112015 Firrware Discussion

So far its working great for me. Blind scan still as fast as the original FW my receiver came with from China. Updating to the latest will not be able to load your old channel list, so by upgrading you need to start over or just simply download my North American Satellite list to ease the situation for you.

I downloaded the new firmware to a USB stick and copy backdoor.cfg Freesat_v7_hd, put the USB receiver to go to tools USB Upgrade option All Code, Upgrade file Freesat_v7_hd.bin and when I start out my message Software is error, what the problem is.

This is an old firmware version. Try loading the latest

I tried to interject the latest sw again not to go through if they must enter the folder something special or not.

There is a file and a note inside that reads:

Please copy backdoor.cfg to usb stick root or box will pop software is error.

can someone edit the channel list using DBEditor 2.1?
or does anyone knows a windows tool to edit the channel list?
