GOLDEN MEDIA SPARK TRIPLEX Problem

Just got a GOLDEN MEDIA SPARK TRIPLEX all hooked up on tuner 1 c-band when i call for it to change sats on the remote it will not move but if i go to motor set up and change sats it will move ok.

Carefully check your settings.
Are you using Spark or enigma2?

using spark with latest firmware i could find 1.2.83 i found that once i set a sat on tuner 1 and save and exit it changes to tuner 2 i got this used from Italy would it be save now to do a factory reset and start over to clean it out.

I would expect the Factory Default problem to be fixed, but I do not know for certain that it is.

Went back thru and redid sat settings and everything and its working good now
