while i have enjoyed my experience with The Vu+Solo2 i have had enough of Enigma2 so i put mind up for sell and have went back to my DR HD D15.

I can appreciate the fact that you have had enough with E2 but my vu+solo2 is a keeper and looking forward to testing out other more advanced E2 receivers.

Well got the Vu+Solo2 back the guy i sold it too offered it to me at a price i could not refuse.

E2 is a total pain in the arse to get your head around first time for a newbie even if you are experienced with the older E1 based receivers. That said these days much in E2 has been automated or dummed rite down for the end use by the image teams.

You just need to persevere and ask question when you need help. For me E2 is far and away the best system at this moment for STB enthusiasts once you get around the initial steep learning curve.
