Just scanned this one in, scans in as hd syndication. It's one of the networks but not sure which one:

Looks like this is another case of bigger is better...nothing for me on the 7.5 perfect 10 unless it's gone now?
 
There were colour bars that mentioned Burbank. I have a black screen at the moment on this tp with 75% signal quality on my bud.
