I'm sure Ukranian or Russian speaking members will be interested in this one, not many open Russian channels on the arc.

I noticed this was encrypted this morning..Just deleted the channel and did fresh scan and failed to pick up the transponder..Not the greatest weather here so may be a factor.

Scanning in at 70% on my azbox. It's now a Russian mux, 10 tv channels and 5 radio- all encrypted.
