ISPs May Institute Usage Fees To Counteract Streaming Video Surge

Seems I recall that Canadian companies tried that a while ago and the gov't stepped in to put the brakes on that one as it was definitely not in the best interests of Canadians and there was a huge public outcry. Doubt that the US admin will listen to any public outcries as they seem to dance to the tune of big corporations and seem hell bent on taking as much away from the average American citizen as possible, in as short a time frame as possible. I'm just wondering how long this will continue until there is a huge backlash.
