Kansas City Rib Rub.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:

* 1/2 cup brown sugar
* 1/4 cup paprika
* 1 tablespoon black pepper
* 1 tablespoon salt
* 1 tablespoon chili powder
* 1 tablespoon garlic powder
* 1 tablespoon onion powder
* 1 teaspoon cayenne

I cover the racks with tin foil and cook at 300 for around 3-4 hours..I drain the juice after an hour and a half. then uncover the foil and put lots of good bbq sauce for the last 45 minutes to an hour.

I like spicy so I add more cayenne. In Kansas City they know BBQ ribs. This is the barbecue rub recipe for traditional Kansas City-style ribs. Finish these ribs off with a good barbecue sauce and you'll have a fantastic meal.

Thanks for posting that..I could not find it anywhere.. :o Have to get some ribs for the weekend now. :D

Thanks Scottishfool for letting me know ribs are on sale.. ;D Already been to the grocery store, got two racks of baby pork back ribs for $11.. and some pork tenderloin for $6.00.
