lilla completly confused

wow ! 1 step forward and 2 back! I got 2v KU LNBF one is DMS INTERATIONAL input freq. ghz 10.7-12.75 LO. freq MHz 9750/10600. one is digital (avenger)KU BAND a SINGLE LNBF ksc 321, input 11.70-12.75 ghz-output 950-2000 MHz lo 10.75 ghz, also from the same maker - try to install each one and could not get a reading on the receiver from any one ,set the dish as required and still nothing, can anyone be so helpful as to suggest why ? I can get an old circular lnb from an old dish and get a working reading????thanks and have a good day:hmmm:

What antenna settings are you using for these lnbs? (list settings for each lnb.)

How are you searching? Are you using a specific transponder to search with? (If Yes, what frequency?)

What receiver are you using to search with? Have you tried blindscanning, then moving the dish a little bit and blindscanning again?

the problem is that I cant even get a reading that the lnb is working and I tried many setting and should be getting a reading that the lnb is working and I am using a GEOSAT MINI PRO, MAYBE there is a problem with the receiver, I was able to get a reading on my lnb before I just could not lock on the sat ?????? not willing to give up. thanks

i may have a problem with my receiver I am trying to set up for sat 91 w g17 but it only list transponder 3700an up instead of 12010 v 11574 and on ways to change that ...is there a way to change it???thanks

Like I said before Blindscan. The reason you do this is simple. A blindscan on most receivers will find at least some transponders-even if the lnb settings are wrong. You should try a blindscan every time you move or adjust the dish.

You should be able to enter the transponder information manually. Look in the instruction manual or owners manual for instructions on how to do this.

it is a hard one, changed the transponder to 112012v11574 and keept up with blind scans also try different transponders setting...results nada ...loosing my hair but not willing to give up. I can get transponders indications if I try different sat. thanks for the help

112012v11574 Is Not a valid transponder. Please remember that our help can only be as good as the information that you supply!

No need to enter any TP information as long as you use Blindscan. Any time you become closer to any sat or your meter goes as high as it can , stop! Run a blindscan. Any TP/channel that you catch will tell you the location (Azimuth/Elevation)

sorry , my error the transponder should read 12010v 11574, this is the one on the list and the one that I use but did not get the sat I was looking for but I managed to get a hit on 30 w hisp.....not a hot one I will work on 91w this is the one I should be getting , appreciate the help and I will try to pay moore attention . still confuse lilla:sorry:

I knew what you meant, or thought I did. It is important to pay very close attention to all details or you will be bald and still no signal!
Details in the antenna settings for the lnb are also important. You may want to post a clear picture showing your antenna setup screen.
