I have a 30" motorized dish and a geosat micro pro HD DVBS2 MY SAT DATA is 91 W GALAXY 17(G,17) ELEV.29.8-AZIMUTH 218.6 TRUE AND 236.8 MAG, LAT.45.73- LONG.-61.2730, I HAD A SIGNAL WITH A SAT FINDER and the reading was good 9+ I get a signal level grey 45 but it stops there and I don't seem to be able do get past that, if anyone can give me a pointer on what I am doing wrong it would be appreciated, thanks

Have you tried a blindscan to see if any transponders will scan in?
I think one possibility may be that your receiver is "seeing" the Direct TV satellite at 101W. This would explain the signal level acting the way it does...
